André is a highly skilled criminal litigator with a strong focus on immigration law and related cases. He obtained his LLB degree from the University of the Western Cape in 2001 and has been practicing criminal law since 2002. With nearly two decades of experience in the filed, he has established himself as an expert in his field. One of his key areas of expertise lies in drug-related offenses, offenses relating to the contravention of the Marine Living Resources Act, and of course immigration-related offenses. In addition to this, he is the head of our After-Hours Bail Application Team. André leads a dedicated team that offers a 24-hour service, ensuring that clients receive the support they need, no matter the time of day.
