Josua obtained the following qualifications in commerce and law: BCom Hons (UPE), MComm (US), BProc (UNISA), LLB (UNISA) and BDP (US). He holds the position of Director and has Right of Appearance in the High Court. Josua has experience in all aspects of criminal litigation.
André earned his LLB degree from the University of the Western Cape in 2001 and has been practicing criminal law since 2002. He is an experienced litigator with a sub-specialty in immigration law and a focus on drug-related offences and violations of the Marine Living Resources Act. André leads our After-Hours Bail Application Team, leveraging his extensive experience and relationships in after-hours criminal litigation to provide a 24-hour service. William graduated from Stellenbosch University with an LLB. He was admitted as an Attorney in 2011 and subsequently joined an established firm in Somerset West. Initially, his practice encompassed general civil litigation and criminal law, but since 2014, he has focused primarily on criminal law. In 2023, William joined Mathewson Gess Incorporated and assumed the role of Director in 2025.
